Our V.I.P. service gives your job the ultimate priority it needs. Your
job jumps the queue to the top of the list and is monitored all the
way by our V.I.P. customer service operator. We give you a call upon
completion providing you with a proof of delivery and time of arrival.

|
An
express delivery for your high priority needs. This level of service
provides you with a priority pick up and a nominated delivery time.
When you definitely need to know when your goods will arrive ask for
our express!

Standard
|
Our 2-hour inner city and 4-hour suburban service for your less urgent needs.
Your parcel will be picked up and delivered, anywhere in the Melbourne metropolitan area, within a two (2) or four (4) hour time window from booking time. |
Available
for goods up to 25kgs and
1 metre in length (.1 of cubic metre). Bookings accepted until 2pm for Melbourne suburban area and until 4pm for Melbourne inner city. |

Parcel

For
the 'not so urgent' parcel. This fixed price service allows more effective
use of your transport budget. Book by 10.00am and we will pick up and
deliver by the 6.00pm that day. Book by 2.00pm and we will pick up and
deliver by 12.30pm the following day.

Pallet Return
|
Pallet load returned within 5 working days providing there is an exchange
at
delivery point.
